Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there! Today, we celebrate the incredible role fathers play in shaping our lives. But Father's Day 2024 also presents an opportunity to reflect on how fatherhood is evolving. Gone are the days of a single parent solely carrying the weight of child-rearing. Today, we see a welcome shift towards shared responsibility. Dads are actively involved in everything from diaper duty to bedtime stories, fostering a deeper connection with their children and creating a more balanced family dynamic. This isn't to say it's easy. Juggling the demands of a corporate job with the joys and challenges of fatherhood requires a unique blend of dedication, flexibility, and resourcefulness. It's a constant learning curve, pushing us to grow both professionally and personally. But the rewards? Unlike the metrics we chase in our careers, the love of a child is a reward system unlike any other. It's unconditional, unquantifiable, and a constant source of motivation. A child's laughter, a moment of pride in their achievements, the simple act of saying "I love you, Dad" - these are the things that truly matter. So today, let's celebrate the dads who are redefining fatherhood. Let's celebrate the shared journey, the growth, and the immense love that comes with being a dad.

Everyday should be a Father's Day! FUJIFILM Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.'s interview of my fatherhood journey is being featured in the link below. From my experiences, I share 3 timeless lessons learned in my fatherhood journey, namely perseverance, love and communications. Nonetheless, nothing is as important as being present for them and with them, whether they are young or old. We are, after all, social beings who need regular human interactions. As parents, what more can we give to our own children? As fathers, let's not waste our precious time away not for them. Let's not delegate our fatherly roles to other resources, including, smart devices. Let us unlearn and relearn to know our children once again and walk with them always. #legalncompliance #fathersday #generalcounsel

👉The statement suggests that in many cases, children tend to feel a stronger affection or attachment towards their paternal grandfather compared to their paternal grandmother. This observation may stem from various factors such as the nature of the relationship, the roles each grandparent plays in the child's life, cultural influences, family dynamics, and individual preferences.✨ 👉Firstly, the dynamics of the relationship between the child and each grandparent can influence the level of affection. For example, a grandfather might engage in activities with the child that they find particularly enjoyable or exciting, fostering a deeper bond. This could include playing sports, sharing hobbies, or telling stories. Similarly, the personality traits of each grandparent, such as warmth, playfulness, or understanding, can also contribute to the child's preference. 👉Secondly, the roles that each grandparent plays within the family structure may impact the child's perception of them. In many cultures, grandfathers are often seen as authoritative figures or providers, which can evoke admiration and respect from the child. On the other hand, grandmothers are often associated with nurturing and caregiving roles, which may not always elicit the same level of excitement or attachment, especially if these roles are taken for granted or less visible to the child. 👉Furthermore, cultural norms and traditions can shape the relationships between grandchildren and grandparents. In some societies, there may be a stronger emphasis on the bond between grandfathers and grandchildren due to patriarchal values or historical customs. Additionally, familial relationships and traditions passed down through generations can influence the closeness between grandchildren and specific grandparents. 👉It's essential to recognize that individual experiences and family dynamics vary greatly, and not all children will necessarily favor their grandfather over their grandmother. Each relationship is unique and influenced by a myriad of factors, including personal experiences, upbringing, and the quality of interactions between the child and each grandparent.✨ #stronger_affection #grandfather_comparedTo_grandmother #first_grandfather #family_dynamics Video credit's #readers_digest Follow me #Asif_Ali

Fatherhood is full of paradoxes. One of the most important: less is more. Dads often fall into the trap of believing more = better. So when things start to get hard, you click into more. You assume you're not doing enough. Or that you simply need to work harder. I believe the opposite to be true more times than not. When life gets hard or fatherhood feels overwhelming You need to scale back & do less. This creates margin to focus on what's most important. This is my favorite topic to cover in my Fatherhood Cohort. I want to help dads eliminate the the things that are: 1. Overburdening their hearts & schedules. 2. Not serving their vision for life, family, & fatherhood. Doing less of these leaves more time for what matters. What dad doesn't want that? The April cohort has some incredible dads signed up already. And there's still a couple spots left for you to join them! You'll reclaim your time & refocus on what matters. #burnuntamed
