When was the last time you put a smile on a child’s face? Can you visualize that smile now? Think about how that made you feel. Personally, I find it one of the most rewarding things I do. When you add the smile to the knowledge that you are having a positive impact on the lives of children for generations to come, it only gets better. I’m proud to support Helping Hugs For Children, a wonderful organization founded by my friend Alan Lowe. Alan’s unwavering dedication to creating possibilities for children, where none seem to exist, truly inspires me. What's more interesting is that his passion is fueled by real-life stories. Keeping Families Covered was in Waukegan today and served 237 families! We gave away 14,290 diapers and 5,900 period products. The need for essentials like diapers and period supplies is growing. We are working hard to end diaper need and period poverty. With your help, we can. In 2023, we distributed over 2 million diapers and 257,000 period products. There is more work to be done in 2024, and we cannot do it alone.
