We were invited to a supplier event with Moulden Marketing to learn about Norway at FoodSorcery in Manchester. We were greeted with a glass of prosecco and an apron, ready to learn about the culinary delights of Norway. Before we got our hands stuck in with some cooking, we enjoyed some traditional canapés and watched a presentation from the Norwegian hotel representatives on their amazing offerings. Next, we split into teams and took part in a Norwegian inspired cocktail making class using Akvavit. Afterwards, we tried our hands at making a grilled mackerel dish and a gnocchi dish. We finished off with a quiz based on the evening and we won first place and a 2-night stay in Norway!
