I'm happy to share my 1st post, "Learn something that makes you new". It briefly describes my perspective on the practical applicability of the Karnofsky Performance Scale and Lansky Performance Scale in the clinical settings of developing countries.

Yesterday I received a message saying '𝘏𝘦𝘺 𝘐 𝘴𝘦𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘵𝘴 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦, 𝘪𝘵 𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘴 𝘤𝘰𝘰𝘭, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬 𝘈𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘥 𝘐𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 (𝘛𝘛𝘈𝘐), 𝘪𝘵 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴𝘯'𝘵 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘦'. I really appreciated that message as it provides an opportunity to explain it in a more simple way. You can see TTAI as a group meant for creative people who love coming up with new ideas to solve problems at work. People who enjoy getting involved, exploring different perspectives, and always use their imagination to find solutions. Think of TTAI as a community of people that value teamwork and creativity at work and see those as their superpowers. They can turn to TTAI to get inspired by like-minded people and always find resources that will help them tackle challenges and setbacks at work. 𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘩𝘺 𝘪𝘵'𝘴 𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘺 𝘪𝘵'𝘴 𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘥? It's called the Think Ahead Initiative because it encourages people to look beyond current challenges and think creatively about the future. The idea is to inspire proactive thinking and innovation so that instead of just reacting to problems, people are always thinking ahead and finding new ways to improve and innovate.
