I’ve just got home from the board meeting of Widows and Widowers Ministering Angels. I’ve been appointed Chair of the Endowment Committee. Jennie Taylor is the Vice-Chair. If you would like to donate money to needy widows where just the interest on your donation is used annually, let me know. It doesn’t have to be a lot of money. At 5% a year, $5,000 can provide $250 per year each and every year going forward. $25,000 creates $1,250 per year. You can even commit to a yearly contribution until you get enough money endowed to help in the way you desire. Maybe it’s Christmas presents for kids or a trip for the family or rent or car repairs.
