While working at the NRF show last week, the OptConnect team helped two exhibitors connect their equipment to the internet, putting an end to their downtime. One had a DIY cellular solution that works in theory, but couldn't get connected when there was a low signal strength. The neo2 was an immediate solution to their problem, because it was designed for unattended locations with problems connecting. Another new customer assumed they could rely on exhibit provided wi-fi to connect their device and learned that the speed provided was not strong enough for real time transaction processing.
