Worth reading. It is not possible, with this proven and admitted liar, as well as admitted theft, in addition to Trump being a newly elected POTUS and trying to extract USA from Obummer blatant erroneous policy issues and get the country back on track, he is dealing with this low life directly. It is not possible that all of the jurors could possible believe this Dem show trial does anything to convict Trump of some unnamed felony, along with the conflicted Dem Judge, who should have thrown this case out at the beginning. We will see.

Website owners will often use a cease-and-desist letter as a tool aimed at kicking certain visitors off of the platform, or stopping certain online behaviors (e.g., automated access). But for civil Computer Fraud & Abuse Act and breach of contract claims, C&D letters may result in very different outcomes. And the DOJ may have a different view of C&D letters when it comes to criminal prosecutions. Stacey M. Brandenburg and I discuss more below. https://lnkd.in/ewRSPGDz

On July 29, 2024, GovernmentGPT, Inc., along with other plaintiffs, filed a class action lawsuit against Axon Enterprise, Inc. and Microsoft Corporation in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. The lawsuit addresses a series of anticompetitive practices, privacy violations, and national security concerns related to Axon's body-worn cameras and digital evidence management systems. Key Points of the Lawsuit: Monopolistic Practices: Axon, holding over 94.4% of the U.S. market, has engaged in practices that stifle competition, including exclusive dealing contracts, strategic acquisitions of competitors, and tying arrangements. This has led to inflated costs for police departments and taxpayers, and limited market opportunities for innovative companies like GovGPT. Privacy and Security Violations: Axon has failed to disclose the presence chips, linked to the Chinese government which Congress has aid pose significant national security risks, including potential unauthorized surveillance. Impact on Law Enforcement and Taxpayers: The monopolistic and deceptive practices have forced municipalities and police departments to pay higher prices for necessary law enforcement technology, with these costs ultimately being passed on to taxpayers. GovGPT’s Superior Solutions: Our flagship product, the DragonFly tactical vest, offers advanced AI-powered threat detection, real-time haptic feedback, and seamless communication capabilities at a much lower cost. Despite these advancements, GovGPT faces significant market entry challenges due to Axon's entrenched market position. What We Seek: Declaratory and Injunctive Relief: To prevent Axon and Microsoft from continuing their unlawful conduct. Compensatory and Treble Damages: To address the economic harm suffered by plaintiffs and class members. Transparency and Accountability: Ensuring Axon discloses the risks associated with Quectel chips and offers remediation options to affected customers. How You Can Help: Join the Class Action: Municipalities, police departments, or individuals interested in joining as plaintiffs can email axonlitigation@legalforcelaw.com. Share Evidence: If you have relevant information or evidence, please reach out to us. Legal Support: Law firms interested in joining as co-counsel are welcome to contact us. This lawsuit aims to restore fair competition, enhance public safety, and protect the economic and security interests of taxpayers and law enforcement agencies. Your support and awareness are crucial as we navigate this critical issue. For any questions or press inquiries, feel free to reach out to me directly or email questions@governmentgpt.com. Low hanging fruit make law firms an easy target - But poor cyber security is also a big driver. 2023 was the biggest year ever for breaches but that only covers ransomware on the server side. There are many times more breaches on the client facing side. #legaltech #lawfirms #infosec

In our latest Cyber & Data Protection update, partner Iain Freeman and senior associate Andrew Sutton present the Federal government’s proposed civil and criminal laws to target the practice of doxxing, which is the intentional online exposure of an individual’s identity, private information or personal details without their consent. While not a novel issue, doxxing has become far more common and the proposed laws will allow individuals to seek redress through the courts when necessary. Read the full article for further details.
