One of the biggest scams in the holistic health space are EMF pendants. I believe non-native EMF’s like wifi, excess magnetism, and dirty electricity can all have harmful effects on our health, including affecting fertility, sleep, anxiety, and headaches, to name a few. That being said, the different products that are being marketed to “harmonize” or “neutralize” EMF’s is not based on any sound science. And all you need to prove this is a radiofrequency and gauss meter. When you wear these pendants or other devices guess what changes to the readings on these meters? Nothing. The EMF’s in your environment are the same as always and they are hitting you regardless if you wear them or not. No, it’s not “harmonizing” anything. It’s also not “neutralizing” anything. So what does work? The 3 D’s. Distance, disconnect, duration. Keep as much DISTANCE from your EMF-producing devices as possible. For instance, keep your phone at least a few feet away from you whenever possible. DISCONNECT any device you are not using, such as turning off your wifi at night and putting your phone on airplane mode. Decrease the DURATION of time you are exposed to excess EMF’s. Do those three things and you’re way ahead of the game. Beyond that, you have to be extremely savvy to set up effective ways to further block EMF’s and it’s something where you can easily increase your exposure if you do it wrong.
