📈 Case Study: Optimizing Ozone Monitoring in Bottling Operations 🌟 We recently had the opportunity to work with a major bottling company facing challenges with their Water Quality Monitoring System (WQMS). Their existing online instrumentation struggled particularly with process product changes, especially in ozone monitoring, leading to frequent recalibrations and downtime. 🚧 Challenge: The primary issue was the lag in response speed and accuracy during product changes, such as shifting from alkaline to purified water. This delay not only increased facility downtime but also caused substantial water waste and added to the workload with frequent calibrations. 🔧 Solution: We implemented Kuntze Instruments to run parallel pH, Ozone, and TDS/EC measurements alongside their existing sensors. Over a 6-12 month period, data was collected to compare response speeds and accuracy. 📊 Results: Our system operated seamlessly for 14 months without any intervention. The data revealed a significant improvement in response time and stability. Specifically, the ozone measurements showed an exceptionally fast and stable response during product changes, minimizing downtime and ensuring water quality. 🔍 Conclusion: The success of this implementation led to a more permanent installation across all WQMS and monitoring instruments. Our client's decision to move forward with our technology highlights the critical importance of reliable ozone monitoring in maintaining efficient and sustainable operations. In order to spread of knowledge and technology, recently I visited France and Ireland to introduce our patented equipment: The AutoJet Sprayed Thin Film Evaporator with the self-cleaning technology that is innovative in the evaporation process. During my stay, I had the privilege of visiting important company research centers, where I had the opportunity to present our evaporator and discuss its significant advantages with engineers specialized in drying and evaporation systems. One of the biggest challenges in Europe today is energy consumption in industrial processes. Our self-cleaning technology is a direct response to this challenge, ensuring not only constant efficiency but also a significant reduction in the use of chemicals, in line with the increasingly important sustainability requirements, which have been the DNA of Spraying Systems since 1937. What makes our evaporator unique is its self-cleaning capability, maintaining consistent evaporation performance over time. Unlike traditional evaporators, which often suffer from fouling and require frequent, time-consuming cleaning, our system maintains a high evaporation rate due to high-impact spraying. Comprising a tower with a vapor jacket, a rotating shaft with spray nozzles, and a recirculation pump system, our evaporator also includes a vacuum/condensation system to extract and condense the evaporated water. It was amazing to see the enthusiasm and interest of European professionals in our technology during these visits. I am confident that we are on the right path to helping global industries achieve their energy efficiency and sustainability goals.
