There are two ways to approach your competition. I chose the second… It wasn’t like this 10 years ago, but today there's a tremendous amount of competition in the Amazon world: → Competing products → Competing consultants → Competing service providers And when faced with competition, companies choose to either: (1) Try to destroy them (2) Take inspiration and try to be the best It’s sad to see, but some people throw dirt at each other just to win some clients. But when you do this, it doesn’t just ‘discredit’ your competition, it also ‘discredits’ your own business and the industry overall. At Getida we opted for the second strategy. It’s why we: → Don’t shove our success in people’s faces → Are happy to be used as a backup provider for clients → Educate sellers for free about claims they may be unaware of → Focus on helping sellers instead of talking bad about other providers Lead with value and the whole industry gains. Lead with degradation and everybody loses. How do you approach your competition?
