I remember one particularly enthusiastic customer. After a series of escalating demands and a dozen (or more!) phone calls, they ended the conversation with, “I’m glad we understand each other!”
What they didn’t know? We understood each other several calls ago. We were just determined to provide the best service possible—despite the obstacles. 😉
