Because it's not going to help the culture of my shop.” Jennifer Wilson, co-owner of Inland Empire Fleet Maintenance, LLC. agreed. “It's all about behavior and attitude, because that's inherent,” Fleet Maintenance quoted. “Skills can be taught.
