B Corp is quite a personal thing, obviously, as founder, it was my idea to push it forward, to turn Fundapps into a B Corp way back in 2018. You're able to be yourself. You're able to work in an environment where there's a bigger purpose than profit. You're able to give back, care about the community, the planet, working for a company that appreciates you as a person and what you bring to the table while almost providing the table at the same time. B Corp is, I think, one of the best ways of establishing as a company, that you vow to do better, to use a company for positive effect on the planet. We volunteer, we give back to charity. We ensure by our articles of association that we take diversity, inclusion, representation, all those kind of things are extremely important to me and I think more and more companies should do it. Being in an environment which is positive. It means being able to hang out with your colleagues afterward, either in the office or doing activities while having a wellness allowance. So you're like a person. Not just a number. Every company should not just be there for its shareholders to make maximum profit. It is there, as a corporate citizen, to do good.

As we end B Corp month, we are excited to share some news. We are on our own journey to becoming B Corp certified! It’s been a great way to review our company ethos and formulate our policies and procedures so we can be a better business. Of course, we always try to be a good company. And we are pretty proud of what we have achieved so far. But this process is helping solidify our ethos, making it easier to communicate internally, and also encouraging us to share more publicly. All in all, it’s helping us to become a better company and to share more with the world about how others can also follow a similar path. #BCorp #BCorpMonth #BCorpJourney #SustainableMarketing #EmailMarketing
