Let’s talk about Hiring. I’m amazed at how many shops have a hard time hiring but don’t have any sorry of social media presence. Want to start finding top tier mechanics. Start making videos on your work culture. The things you believe and the way you handle situations with your techs, your clients and how you handle/run your business. I haven’t hired anyone yet at my shop. But I get mechanics reaching out constantly asking if I’m hiring and where I am located. Would all of them work out? Of course not but the fact that I’ve never made a single hiring ad in my life and I have techs asking me if I’m hiring speaks volumes in itself. Below is a video example of what I’m talking about as far as my beliefs and how I run my shop.
