The scale of power required for the projected AI infrastructure is one of the most significant challenges. As AI training clusters grow exponentially, so too will their energy demands. Projected Power Usage: Current and Near-Term Power Needs: In 2022, a GPT-4 level cluster required about 10 MW, equivalent to the power usage of approximately 10,000 average homes. By 2024, a +1 OOM cluster (~100k H100-equivalents*) will need around 100 MW, comparable to 100,000 homes. Mid-Term Projections: By 2026, a +2 OOM cluster (~1M H100-equivalents*) will demand around 1 GW, equivalent to the output of the Hoover Dam or a large nuclear reactor. By 2028, a +3 OOM cluster (~10M H100-equivalents*) will require about 10 GW, similar to the power consumption of a small or medium-sized U.S. state. Long-Term Projections: By 2030, a +4 OOM cluster (~100M H100-equivalents*) could need around 100 GW, which is more than 20% of the current total U.S. electricity production. * NVIDIA H100 Tensor Core GPU

Thus, in large concentrations of hydrogen, upon reaching a critical mass, the hydrogen fusion reaction is triggered, with the generation of Helium atoms mainly that also contain neutrons. According to the theory of the Electrostatic Model of Gravity, on the hydrogen atoms in the large agglomerations, the pressure of the electrons appears through the repulsion effects between them, resulting in the reduction of their orbit. The touching of an orbit close to the surface of the proton (phenomenon presented in New concept in subatomic physics. The Ioan Rusu energetic model of the proton) actually transforms the proton-electron ensemble with a reduced orbit into a neutron.
