How are self-reflection and self-awareness reflected in a company culture? Self-reflection and self-awareness are important values for me, and I'm proud to say that my company shares them as well. At FutureSight, we have quarterly internal meetings to discuss our goals, the gap between goals and reality, and what to do next to ensure we continue growing as a company. This dedicated time for introspection and planning has been instrumental in aligning our team, refining our strategies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
