A few weeks ago, the Channeltivity team wanted to ask me some questions about Deal Reg operations and best practices. To make this a bit more interesting I'll tell this story as if Jeremy Clarkson was narrating (I just finished season 3 of Clarkson’s Farm 🚜 and no, AI did not write this). So, getting back to our story, we jumped on a call. They asked questions. I then proceeded to speak some words. And they took notes. Then they chatted with Raegan Wilson, MBA. (I’d love to hear comments and reflections from my tech community —> Please share below if you have an opinion on agents displacing apps!) My observation is from the marketing and communications domain. I see this message as a mini masterclass in creating an impactful and memorable thought leadership narrative that truly pops. Here's why: —> Strong point of view (POV): Nadella shared an unexpected, not-at-all popular perspective that raised eyebrows, questions, and discussions. —> Podcast: Nadella’s announcement/ opinion was not brought on TV, an online news portal, or a big traditional media; it premiered on a podcast channel. —> Personal Vs. Corp: The idea was communicated through Satya’s voice and opinion, not a corporate message, press release, or similar comms format.
