Check out our Go>Choose recognition program that is run by the employees of Bish's RV. Here's how it works 👇 When our team sees someone that does something great, or sees someone do something a little extra, they take a "caught ya" card. On that card, they write down who they are and what they did that was awesome and pin it on the board. You can see below that there's a lot of great stuff being done that's getting noticed. This particular Go> Choose board is at our dealer support center, and each of the Bish's RV locations has a board of its own. It's awesome being able to see all in one place how the team is not only serving each other, but how they are going beyond the norm to make a good experience for everyone that walks into a Bish's RV location.

Here’s some behind the scenes action at yesterday’s Super Bowl Experience 👀 Check out all the energy from TEAMMATES. This is exactly what we talk about in our pre-event training sessions and morning briefings, it’s amazing to see TEAMMATES have taken this on board and are displaying so many positive behaviours towards the fans, really amping up the excitement and their experience! At MoonShot, our passion is to give people PURPOSE. For instance, a steward shouldn’t just be told “You are here to ensure that you know how to evacuate the stadium.” Yes, that’s part of their functional role but what’s their purpose? Their purpose is to create memories and support guests on their journey to creating those memories. Some great examples here of TEAMMATES acting with purpose, not just performing their everyday roles but going above and beyond to create those memorable moments and lifetime experiences for the fans by making themselves part of the entertainment experience! Their energy and welcomes put a big smile on the face of every fan that walked by and for that we made sure the MoonShot team recognised and rewarded them for being so awesome! 🙌👏. #NFL #SBLVIII #LasVegas #Vegas #StaffTraining #StaffEngagement #GuestServicesTraining #FanExperience #CustomerService #People #Purpose #Recognition #Appreciation #Motivation #Teammates #Volunteers #Training #MoonShot

As we close on Drivers Appreciation Week, lets make sure to not just acknowledge their accomplishments, sacrifices and job well done, 1 week out of the year. The job they do is not for everyone, however, just as the rest of us, they take pride in what they do for a living. A simple wave to them when you see them on the road, making sure they have room to change lanes when needed. These are just a couple of examples to give the drivers an "atta boy/girl" for doing their job. Remember, they are working too, they just don't get to go home every night to their loved ones, so make sure to help them on the roads, so that they CAN make it home to them. #driversappreciationweek #thankadriver #drivesafely

Celebrating your wins is imperative to a healthy workplace. If you don't take time to celebrate, going the extra mile doesn't mean as much to your team. How are you celebrating wins on your team?

In the early days of Industrious our then-COO Michael Robson used to tell us “Don’t let great be the enemy of good.” It seems those words are still ringing true all these years later… I recently had a conversation with one of our lobby security officers about what makes him feel appreciated. His answer : “I like to be told when I’m doing a great job.” It was incredibly simple; so much so that it caught me off guard. But his answer resonated with me deeply, and I decided to build a national employee recognition campaign around it. We asked each of our NuCrew (that’s what we call our customer facing teammates in Nuveen owned buildings) to grab an “Impact Sticker” and share something that a teammate had done recently that made a positive impact on a customer, coworker, or in the community. Literally 2-3 sentences on a Post-It sized sticker. I was so nervous it wouldn’t gain traction for being too simple or too childish. Not elaborate or creative or expensive enough. I was wrong. In a matter of weeks, over 1,000 individual stickers were filled out detailing positive impacts big and small. We used those stickers to fill up posters in our offices from coast to coast, and are getting our teams together for pizza parties in the coming weeks as a way of celebrating - cheesy I know. Sometimes it’s the simplest of gestures that resonate the most. Don’t shy away from small acts of recognition while you await the time & resources needed to do something bigger. We’re all chasing the next pay increase, national award, or big promotion - but we also deserve to feel seen, valued, and appreciated for the little things we do along the way. #WeAreNuCrew #MakeAnImpact Nuveen, a TIAA company
