Today is #worldcancerday. The ongoing theme of "Close the Care Gap" is about understanding and recognizing the inequities in cancer care around the globe. In 2024, the #AmericanCancerSociety projects cancer cases to surpass 2 million, the highest in history. There is only 1 RD for every ~2,700 cancer patient. Savor Health's Dietitian-on-Demand helps patients manage cancer and other complex medical conditions though evidence-based guidelines, and can help solve inequities in access to #cancercare. #ClosetheCareGap #SavorHealth #FoodisMedicine #NutritionMatters
