"You should have been in the Marketing, or a teacher !" This one sentence often resonates in my mind, and has made me question my professional goals more than once. Today I can say that my choices were totally right. You can be creative, funny, human, empathic and still be a good HR person (well, even if that won't be enough though, the list of 'to-have' is a bit longer 😅 ). However, I love to make things happen, to build strong relationships that make colleagues & employees thrive in their role. Make things move to create impacts in the Employee's life. An Impact-Maker, this is the kind of HR I love becoming. #HappyInternationalHRDay
