Just completed my on the floor training at Intel at Fab 11X it was an eye opening experience and I got to see the tools I'll be working on made the and see the process the way if it goes through before the chip is made. I remember going to the fab for the first time I couldn't tell or locate my team my 2 stroke 2 tool Bay Area. I remember asking some people to help me locate my Bay Area the first few people couldn't help me because they weren't quite familiar with it's layout too. I was a little frustrated as I dint know my point of contact yet.( I was to meet him at the bay location). It took me about 20 minutes to finally locate my Bay Area Also did I mention I didn't wear my FAB wear correctly? There is a particular way to grown for the fab. Little mistakes are notice quite visibly. By the time I was done with my training, I was able to fully go on correctly following all the correct procedures and get to my Bay Area in less than 5 minutes. On the last day of my on the job training, as I was walking out of the Fab to degrown, I thought of the lessons I learned from this experience and training when things start the way ahead might seem unreachable and farfetched but with constant persistence you finally get to your destination. A repeated activity brings familiarity and sometimes that makes things less scary; when I first saw the tools I couldn't begin to understand how I was going to understand it's know how and process but after a while those crazy thoughts of “do I deserve to be here” evaporated. Overall, my experience on the job training was educative, mindopening and exciting. One of Intel’s core values of fearless innovation and I am glad to get to be able to contribute a tiny bit of percentage to intel's global goal. #weareIntel #Intelintern

It has been 11 years since I've left one of the best first jobs a young engineer could have. I will forever be grateful for the foundation I received at Intel Micron Flash Technologies and forever grateful for the people I met there. My peers were amazing, smart, and kind, and they were invested in making everyone successful. We made products that were making the world a better place, using cutting edge technology and innovation. We had wonderful leaders, established processes, as well as challenging and exciting work. I knew every day, I was a part of something great. This is the culture every fresh out of college individual should be surrounded by. Since that was all I knew, I believed all companies have great culture, great work, and great people, but was aware not everyone has great product. My experience there taught me not to settle for a company that doesn't have all 4 (Culture, People, Product, and Exciting Work). My experience at IM Flash also helped set me up for success at Nautique Boat Company where I was able to take some of my learning and integrate it into the Boat Building Process. I'm fortunate to have found Correct Craft, a company that values culture, performance, and people, has great products, and is committed to #MakingLifeBetter. At Nautique and Correct Craft, I've been able to grow and learn even more for the last decade. Fortunately, no one has to plow my driveway so I can get to work anymore 😁 . #CultureMatters

Hello Connections 🌐, Exciting news to share! 🚀 I recently completed my internship focusing on the formal verification of a project titled "Integration Verification of RISC-V SoC using Formal Methods." under the mentorship of Surinder Sood as well as Manoj Kumar Munigala During this period, I have gained valuable insights on Connectivity Verification for the OpenPiton Ariane 64-bit RISC-V many-core processor—a creation by Princeton University, Princeton, NJ, USA, and ETH Zürich, Switzerland. Here's a snapshot of what I accomplished: ⏩ Delved into the microarchitecture of the design and applied formal methods to prove its robustness. ⏩Successfully implemented both normal and reverse connectivity verification methods, proving connectivity for signals ranging from the Ariane 64-bit RISC-V processor to off-chip memory and Noc (Network on Chip) Routers. These hands-on experiences have honed my skills in utilizing tools like JasperGold, EBMC Solver, SAT, BDD, TCL and Verilator. Mt. Pleasant High School students were visited by Samsung Semiconductor Inc. earlier this year, made possible in part through a partnership with the Silicon Valley Education Foundation (SVEF) and the Eastside Education Initiative. Samsung Semiconductor Inc. (SSI) is the semiconductor division of Samsung Electronics, one of the world's largest technology companies. The company plays a crucial role in the global semiconductor industry, supplying components to a wide range of electronic devices, including smartphones, tablets, computers, televisions, and other consumer electronics. At the event, students had the opportunity to hear from a range of employees at SSI to understand the career possibilities and network with professionals from different departments, including engineering, marketing, and HR, at the Mentorship Fair. The event had two parts: 1) a career panel developed specifically for all 9th-grade students and a 2) a mentorship fair open to 9th to 12th-grade students. Ria Tyagi, a student at Mt. Pleasant High School learned from the experience sharing, “I learned that every experience and every career pathway is so different. We can see some people started off and knew where they wanted to go vs. some had some different pathways to where they are today. And I think that was very powerful for our audience to hear. During my internship at Defence Research and Development Laboratory (DRDL), I was involved in a project titled "Design of Embedded System Using the MicroBlaze Via Xilinx Vivado and SDK Design Flow." This role provided me with practical experience in embedded system design, particularly in using the MicroBlaze soft processor and the Xilinx Vivado suite. I contributed to developing sophisticated embedded solutions, enhancing my skills in hardware-software integration, and gaining a deeper understanding of FPGA-based design and applications in defense technology.
