Consumers around the globe have a more robust understanding of AI than many leaders might anticipate. 82% of consumers globally are aware of GenAI, with a quarter having already used it, and excitement is particularly high in Asia and emerging markets. In Germany, the figures are equally remarkable: - Consumer awareness is at 79% and usage at 18%. - Attitudes are a mix of enthusiasm (34%) and cautious optimism or concerns (66%). - This enthusiasm isn't just limited to consumers, with 72% of German employees expressing excitement.
