Hyderabad is popularly know as one of the biggest and growing tech-hubs in India. But now it is also the the most preferred destination for ease of doing business. It is interesting to see the demand for non-tech jobs i.e. Sales, Legal, HR, Tax etc. are on the top list as these roles are the key drivers to build strong foundations and a successful business growth trajectory. While there would also be a demand on the technical and management roles. It is good to see growth avenues for other roles as well.

Today, we unveil the 2024 Jobs on the Rise in Hyderabad, a look at the 10 fastest-growing jobs and the trends defining the future world of work in the city. Sales Development Representative takes the top spot with a growth rate of 112% in the area over the past five years. It is followed by roles like Assurance Associate and Tax Associate highlighting the prominence of the finance sector. Tech roles like Site Reliability Engineer and Backend Developer have also made it to the list. To compile the list, we looked at unique LinkedIn data for professionals in Hyderabad, calculating a growth rate for each job title over the past five years. The predominance of sales and business growth related job roles seems right to me. You have all the roles from lead generation, to acquisition to growth. I think the recruiter role growth is misleading. While I am unable to support my contention with data, from experience I can say that this role has very high attrition rate. I suspect this can the reason why this appears in the list. I am also surprised by the appearance of roles related to legal, tax and audit etc (generally compliance related). I would expect these roles to maintain a steady growth normally. It can probably be a factor of growth in startups registration and the increased pressure on compliance. These roles might more likely moderate to more steady levels. Nevertheless, it may be helpful to deep dive before jumping to conclusions. I am also surprised that just a few core tech roles appear in the list. I would have expected roles related to data analytics to be present. Also the developer roles I thought deserved a higher ranking (I'm assuming this is the order of ranking). In the larger list roles like political analyst are transient. You can see that this role seemed to show growth in election states. What is a pleasant surprise to me is that LI is a platform for seeking to hire such roles. From my side I might add roles related to housing / construction / infra (mostly marketing & sales roles). I anticipate the capacity being built would result in some selling pressure this year and roles in retail sector. Offline retail outlets might see a significant increase and this may cause demand to shoot up. I would also presume there would be a big rise in hospitality and tourism related job roles over the next 3 years and thereafter there will be some moderation in these roles

Working in #Noida for last 2.5 years I observed👁️ one major problem in this city for #NewlyEmployees 🚶who visit first time to #Noida for a Job 🕵️ Not to a large extent but to a certain extent employees face a major problem is ... 🥇#Room to stay for some time Until They didn't get there 1st job salary. 🥈They don't sure that the Job he got is use full for him or not 🚫 to work in a long term. Or The job is perfect for him or not. 🥉They visit first time in Noida and they don't have any friends/relations in Noida. He needs a job for his living, Maybe doesn't have money💰too 4️⃣ Most Probably He has not enough money to spend on all the stuff to live in Noida for first time. because he's from the poorest background. 5️⃣ Last but not the least, He works in any other Company & he's fed up with his job, wants to change his job & lives any where else (Maybe 40-50km away, or Another city from Noida) wants a job in Noida ---In all the situation He needs a #Room to stay (In some cases, Maybe some time for paying his all spending until he doesn't get his 1st job salary) --- Now The Questions is 🤔 What do we do for such employees❓& How can we solve this major problem for betterment of the society ❓ I have a plan to provide all the support to this kind of employees who are gonna face this problem in near future but I don't have that kind of financial ability to implement that. If someone believes that's a major issue and we Should/need to solve this, then You can hands down connect me to solve this major problem for the betterment of poorest society of people or employees who has need this support to create a positive impact in the society....
