Here at Gateway, people are at the center of everything we do, and as employees, they are our most valuable asset. Before #NationalSafetyMonth comes to an end, we want to recognize our Health and Safety Compliance Specialist, Tyler Dickson, for his dedication to keeping all of us safe year-round. A typical day for Tyler begins with him reviewing current jobsite work with field personnel to see if any additional safety measures or assistance may be needed. Throughout the day, Tyler performs safety site visits, reviewing jobsites, potential hazards, and any work being done. Most importantly, he checks in with employee’s on-site to discuss safety observations, trends, and any resources needed to improve the job task. "Gateway’s philosophy is that our people are our best resource, and we have the responsibility and duty to protect them," Tyler said. "When we’ve faced situations where we can’t perform work safely, we don’t 'just get it done'; we communicate, coordinate, and collaborate with our project teams and resources to ensure that we can eliminate the hazards to perform work safely, protect our employees, and deliver quality and incident-free service to our clients." #GatewayEngineers #PeopleProjectsAndPurpose #CivilEngineering

🌟✨ Safety First at Baylink Networks! ✨🌟 As we step into 2024, Baylink Networks proudly reaffirms its commitment to the safety and well-being of our teams. Reflecting on the strides we made in 2023, we took significant steps to enhance our safety program. Our safety rules underwent a comprehensive revamp, becoming more engaging and accessible for all team members. You can find these rules ingrained in the backbone of our actions, incorporated into our new hire orientations, and displayed around our offices and warehouses, serving as constant reminders of the importance of keeping ourselves and each other safe. As part of our current project, we've prioritized contractor supervision onsite. To enhance safety measures, we introduced an online pre-induction, a suggestion from one of our deliverables providers. Since July 01, we've implemented a pre-induction with a brief map viewing and site tour, showcasing facility locations and emergency assembly points. The results have been overwhelmingly positive and saved a lot of valuable time. If you're considering a similar effective contractor management solution for your business, feel free to reach out. #SafetyFirst #ContractorManagement #EfficiencySolution #methodologyman
