LIFE AS AN LOGISTICS ACCOUNT MANAGER~ We deep dive into everything and build good solid, honest loyal business relationships and friendships. We have many strategic partnerships working together to achieve shared business objectives (internally / externally). We (Account Managers) handle service / sales targets, we handle RFQs, contracts. We set up contingency plans or proactive alternative options for handling emergency or unplanned situations that might occur. A few examples would be, service interruptions, accidents and other unexpected delays. Weather, holidays, operations disruptions, labor strikes, traffic, city events. If we have driver delays, we look for other options for you so we can stay on schedule with timelines. We visit customers, monitor competitors, and stay up to date on the latest industry trends that can affect cost, rates, and service for our customers.
