Is This the Samsung India Standard? I’m deeply disappointed with the level of service and professionalism displayed by Samsung India. I recently purchased a brand new Samsung mobile, and with it, I received a watch. The watch’s battery was pathetic, so I requested a replacement. Since then, they have been trying to give me a second-hand watch instead of a proper replacement. The watch I received initially was clearly second-hand – dust particles and no lamination, which Samsung India claims is acceptable for a "new" piece. The mobile's battery is third-class; it doesn’t even last for half the day! To make matters worse, Samsung India has already vanished with my original watch, and every time they return a so-called replacement, it's another second-hand piece. If you want to buy Samsung products, get ready to receive second-hand items at the cost of a new product. It’s clear that Samsung India does not know what customer service is, nor do they understand what product standards should be. As a customer, I expect a level of quality and service that matches the brand’s reputation, especially when Samsung aims to compete with industry giants like Apple. Unfortunately, this experience has fallen far short of those expectations. My appeal: Never buy a Samsung product. Is this really the standard Samsung India holds itself to? It’s time for a change – customers deserve better. #CustomerExperience #SamsungIndia #ConsumerRights #QualityStandards #CustomerService Gautam Sehgal, CA Shubham Minocha RANJIT KUMAR Richa Dewan Malik Sah Gaurav Krishna Amit Bansal Vivek Joshua Aditi Thakur saurabh thakur Sourabh Mittal Samsung Electronics Samsung Electronics America Samsung India samsungmobile Samsung LED samsungmobile Samsung Ads Europe Samsung Semiconductor Samsung Electronics Southeast Asia & Oceania #JongBumPark #SOONCHOI #SANGWONLEE #CHANGHUNCHOI #JONGBUMPARK #GAUTAMSEHGAL

Samsung, Samsung why do you accept preorders/orders when you don't have products ready in stock. Here is the story, I had preordered the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra (Silver) on 23 July from Samsung's online shop application, which was supposed to get delivered by 27 July. Its 29th of July now and the product has not even been packed yet. I reached out to your Samsung Support engineers and looks like they have been trained well enough to give templated answers to their customers. Every time I reach out to the support guys, they would ask me to wait for another 24-48 hours saying that the concerned team would get back to me. Like this, 72 hours have already gone past and not even a single email from Samsung explaining the reason behind this delay. One of your engineers would say that the product is in stock, ready to ship and soon I would be informed about estimated delivery date while the other one says the product isn't in stock yet and due to operational challenges, it is getting late. We can't give you any specific date of delivery. You can try waiting for another week as you might get your product. Well Samsung, seriously ?, I mean is this how a support system works. Such a terrible experience I have had over the last couple of days. Your engineers give scripted answers that have been given to them to convey to the customers. Why do you accept orders from the customers, taking their money, blindly without keep a check on your stock inventories. On top that you have that ridiculously insane policy of yours which says preorders cannot be cancelled. Well in this case, I want my money back as I don't wish to obliviously wait and wait. Here are my order details: Order id: 12564549129 I have always been a Samsung fanboy but not anymore. Pathetic experience Samsung, not expected from you at all. hashtag #Samsung Samsung Electronics Samsung India Samsung India Electronics Limited, Noida

Based on what I am reading nowadays things don't look good for #Samsung in India. Allegedly 1. Samsung is losing market share 2. Samsung is losing people 3. Samsung is losing share to Apple in the Super Premium segment 4. Samsung is facing quality issues with their AMOLED screen phones 5. Samsung is losing share in the Folding Phone category. However all of the above aside, one has to appreciate it is the only company to show a profit YoY for the last 10 years. No other mobile company can boast of this record. For some of the others it happens once in 2-3 years and some not even once in the last 10 years. Just to share, Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd reported its revenues for 2022-23 at Rs 98,924 crore, a 16 per cent jump since the last financial year. The company further reported a net profit of Rs 3,452 crore during the same fiscal. 🤔 Samsung India

https://lnkd.in/gK74TYma Is This the Samsung India Standard? A Customer's Disappointment with Service and Product Quality In what has been a deeply frustrating experience, a customer of Samsung India has voiced their disappointment over the substandard service and questionable product quality they have received. After purchasing a brand-new Samsung mobile, which came with a complimentary watch, the customer soon discovered that the watch’s battery was far from satisfactory, prompting them to request a replacement. What followed was a series of shocking exchanges that have left the customer questioning Samsung India's commitment to quality and service. The initial watch provided as a replacement was allegedly second-hand, with clear signs of prior use such as dust particles and no protective lamination – a far cry from what one would expect of a new product. When this was brought to Samsung India’s attention, the company astonishingly deemed the condition as acceptable for a “new” product. This raised serious concerns about the standards Samsung India upholds. Compounding the issue, the mobile phone itself exhibited poor battery life, failing to last even half a day – an unacceptable flaw in today’s competitive smartphone market. Despite repeated requests for a proper replacement, the customer claims that Samsung India has continued to return second-hand watches, each time worsening the situation. To make matters worse, the customer’s original watch has yet to be returned, leading to increased frustration and distrust. Consumer's Appeal: The customer’s experience is a clear message to potential buyers: Be prepared to receive second-hand items at the price of a new product. Such a lack of quality control and customer service is disappointing from a brand like Samsung, which positions itself as a leader in the tech industry. As Samsung aims to compete with global giants like Apple, maintaining product quality and delivering exceptional customer service should be paramount. Unfortunately, in this case, Samsung India seems to have fallen far short of these expectations. The customer concludes their ordeal with a stern warning to others: “Never buy a Samsung product.” They argue that this experience highlights a need for change within Samsung India’s operations, emphasizing that customers deserve better. #CustomerExperience #SamsungIndia #ConsumerRights #QualityStandards #CustomerService Samsung Electronics Samsung Electronics America Samsung India samsungmobile Samsung LED samsungmobile Samsung Ads Europe Samsung Semiconductor Samsung Electronics Air Conditioning Southeast Asia & Oceania Samsung Electronics Southeast Asia & Oceania Gautam Sehgal, CA Shubham Minocha Richa Dewan Malik #JongBumPark #SOONCHOI #SANGWONLEE #CHANGHUNCHOI #JONGBUMPARK #GAUTAMSEHGAL THANKS sarhindtimes.com

Even though the data from #Canalys shows a tie between #Vivo and #Xiaomi in shipments, the agency has captioned the news showing Xiaomi as the No. 1 after 6 quarters. The figure taken by them includes Xiaomi and #Poco it says. As per #IDC based on the combined data for Xiaomi and Poco, Xiaomi was already No. 1 in Q1 as it showed an 18.7% share ahead of Samsung at 16.2%. Even if we take the overall data from IDC for 2023, Xiaomi and Poco combined had a share of 17.3% against a 17% share of Samsung. I don't understand why Xiaomi waited for Canalys to announce them as the No. 1 after 6 quarters in Q2 2024, when on the parameters used by Canalys they were already No. 1 as per IDC in 2023 as a whole.😃 Wake up guys. Take the credit due to you. You beat Samsung last year itself. You were the No. 1 in 2023👍 Xiaomi India Samsung India POCO India vivo Mobile India Pvt. Ltd. #Repost Ajay Sharma

Premiumisation is the latest buzzword. What will be the impact of premiumisation on the different price segments is what I will try and decode. 1. The Rs 68000 or the super premium segment is bound to grow and why? It is a segment which has gained momentum with a growth of 2% in Q1 2024, and the launch of the #Apple #iPhone new model with AI as well as the alleged 40% growth in the prebookings of the #SamsungGalaxyFold6 and #SamsunggalaxyFlip6 and to some extent the increasing acceptance of #Motorola which could support the sales of #Flip, should push this segment from 9% to 12-13% in Q3/Q4. 2. The price segment below Rs 10000 is allegedly going to expand substantially though I doubt it will extend to 2 quarters. Maybe in one quarter yes. Still let us assume it will grow. 3.The above 2 combined should reduce the contribution of the segments in between. 4. The Rs 8500-Rs 17000 budget price segment which is the biggest segment at 48% should not be impacted negatively as the sales in the price segment below Rs 10000 should offset the decline in the Rs 10000 to Rs 17000 price segment. Maybe show a slight growth in 1 quarter. 4. The price segment between Rs 17000 and Rs 34000 or the entry premium segment should take a slight hit. 5. The mid premium in the price segment Rs 17000 to Rs 34000 which contributes to 23% should also take a small hit. 6. The price segments Rs 34000 to Rs 51000 or the premium segment and Rs 51000 to Rs 68000 are too small at a combined share of 5% in Q1 and should not be impacted much. For all players except Apple and #Samsung, the strategy has to be woven around going for volumes in the Rs 8500 to Rs 17000 segment (take a bigger chance below Rs 10000) followed by the mid premium segment between Rs 17000 to Rs 34000 segment as it is the second biggest and a small hit will still keep it relevant. Trying to push devices above Rs 68000 would not be the best strategy for them. Dear Samsung Electronics Samsung India Samsung Mobile Disappointed with the Performance of Samsung Galaxy A15 I am writing to express my disappointment with the performance of my Samsung Galaxy A15 (8/256GB) which my elder brother purchased on July 1st, 2024, from Reliance Retail Ltd IE 256 Nehru Nagar Ambedkar Road Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh India. Over the past few weeks, he has encountered several issues with the device that are causing significant inconvenience. These include: Display Issues: The screen frequently flickers and occasionally becomes unresponsive. Overheating: The phone tends to heat up excessively even during normal usage, such as browsing the internet or using social media apps. Hanging/Freezing: The device often hangs or freezes, requiring me to restart it multiple times a day. I have tried several troubleshooting steps, including restarting the phone, performing a factory reset, and ensuring that the software is up to date. Despite these efforts, the issues persist. he is reaching out to Samsung to request assistance in resolving these issues promptly. I kindly ask that Samsung Electronics take appropriate measures to ensure my device functions correctly. As a loyal Samsung customer who has used multiple Samsung phones in the past (M10, M12) without any major issues, he has disappointed with the current experience. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of these issues. Samsung India Samsung Mobile #Samsung #GalaxyA15 #ConsumerRights #samsungIndia #Samsungandroidphones #coustomerdissatisfaction

CONNECTIONS!!! Today I have a very interesting fact to share with you all, about Samsung: You know that Samsung and iPhone are competitors in mobile sector and if Samsung is out of competition then iPhone will become leader. But this is not completely right because iPhone uses the led screen, memory chip, flash power and other internal parts which Is manufactured by Samsung. So if Samsung shutdown its business of mobile manufacturing then also there will be no major impact on Samsung as it is in 80+ industries but shutdown can impact iPhone. Lets know more about Samsung: · Samsung established by “lee Byung Chul” in 1938 as “Samsung trading company” in south Korean which used to trade in fruits, vegetables, noodles, fish and etc. · Samsung is a south Korean word which means “Three Stars”. Three represent “big and powerful” and stars represent “everlasting”. · Three turning points: 1.) 1950: south & north Korean war due to which there was negative impact on business and they started sugar mill, textile business, departmental store, insurance services and so on. 2.) 1968: entered in electronics sector and made first B&W tv 3.) 1983: mobile sector entry In 1986 made its first mobile SC-100 (fail) In 1988 SH-100 (fail) In 1993 SH-700 (first success) Samsung entered in India but at that time Nokia is king of India. But after few years Nokia loss its share in market and Samsung bounced back with Samsung galaxy and became leader for 10-12 years. · Samsung has largest smart phone manufacturing factory in Noida. · “Samsung heavy industries” which is ship company which is owned by Samsung. · “Samsung construction & trading” which makes roads, building, bridges, Buraj Khalifa and etc. · Samsung is at 29th position on basis of its market cap which is $325billions. #NEWINFORMATION #CONNECTIONS #LEARNING

Xiaomi 14 series India launch near as brand shares Leica partnership Earlier today (1st February 2024), Xiaomi India showcased its strategic partnership with Leica. This hints that the Xiaomi 14 series is set to launch in India soon. With the Xiaomi 14 Ultra rumored to launch soon, this announcement hints that it could also offer Leica branded lenses. The Leica partnership was announced by the Chinese tech giant on X (formerly Twitter). To recall, the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro were flagship grade devices that were released with camera lenses from Leica. Apart from these two models, the company is also working on another entry in the series, which is the Xiaomi 14 Ultra. The Ultra models typically launch after the mainline’s release and offer top notch specs and photography experience. While the Xiaomi 14 and 14 Pro have been released in China, it hasn’t been available in the global market like India. Although, the brand is expected to unveil the Xiaomi 14 Ultra alongside the base and Pro variants during the upcoming MWC 2024 event. For those unaware, the Mobile World Congress is set to lick off in late February, which means we can expect an announcement around the same time. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra was just recently spotted on GeekBench, BIS, EEC, and IMEI databases. This confirmed a bunch of its specs and confirmed the India release as well. It is expected to be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC under the hood and offer an under display selfie camera on the front. Satellite connectivity is also rumored to be supported on the upcoming flagship phone. For more news visit www.2yodoindia.com #2YoDoINDIA #Xiaomi #Leica #Xiaomi14 #Xiaomi14Pro #Xiaomi14Ultra
