Today marks the International Day of Happiness, a beautiful reminder to be grateful for the little things and moments that bring us joy and uplift our spirits. Let’s inspire each other to spread kindness and positivity wherever we go and cultivate a culture of joy and gratitude. I encourage you all to take out some time and choose happiness by doing something that makes you happy. For me, practicing positive self-talk has always been therapeutic and a source of happiness.
