We had an excellent turnout for our Swansea Bay Asphalt plant open day on Friday. It was great to see so many of our customers and friends, and to give them a firsthand look at the plant's advanced features and capabilities. Thank you also to Carolyn Harris, MP for Neath and Swansea East, for sparing the time to be with us on the day and to carry out the official ribbon-cutting ceremony. To achieve our sustainability goals and help our customers achieve theirs, the plant is capable of adding 25% Rap, uses NappiCycle fibres and will soon be working with MacRebur Limited. The plant's strategic location, just 5 minutes off junction 43 of the M4 will enable a faster and more efficient service to local authorities and contractors in South Wales. #asphalt #swansea
