“I really appreciative that I had the opportunity to grow with such an amazing group of peers and mentors all the while finding where my interest lies and what roles I would like to pursue in the future,” said Hannah Manolis, recent Manufacturing Leadership Program graduate out of Pittsfield, Mass. “It was a 360 experience from seeing more of the business and customer facing world to working hands on with product and reading drawings which was part of the fundamentals I got from college,” said the advance manufacturing operations specialist and alumnus of Western New England University. Congratulations to Hannah and ALL the newest Engineering Leadership Program (ELP) and Manufacturing Leadership Program (MLP) graduates! Recently both programs gathered in Pittsfield, Mass. in June, to present their capstone projects to the Engineering and Manufacturing leadership teams. The 2024 graduates started the three-year program in 2021. The highly selective ELP and MLP develop technical leaders early in their careers through an accelerated learning environment.
