The General Multi-Role Vehicle (GMRV) variant is engineered for versatility and built to withstand the toughest conditions; this vehicle is set to redefine operational efficiency by combining the highly protected vehicle with best-in-class self-defence weapon that can be operated from the crew compartment. The GMRV also has the volume of a NATO pallet at the rear that could have endless possibilities in terms of integrating multi complex mission systems such as Short-Range Air Defence Systems. 💥 Rheinmetall has ordered an undisclosed number of SPEXER high-performance radars from HENSOLDT to be fitted to its Skyranger 30 anti-aircraft gun. Valued at 100 million euros, the agreement is meant for the Skyrangers of Germany and Austria. Denmark could also benefit from the deal, as it recently signified its intent to procure the German-made air defense system. Hensoldt's SPEXER family of radars is capable of automatic detection and classification of ground, sea, and low-flying air targets. 🇮🇳🚀👏 India’s Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has announced the successful maiden flight test of its new long-range glide bomb dubbed the “Guarav.” The test, which took place off the coast of Odisha, involved an Indian Air Force Su-30 MK-I fighter jet as the launch vehicle. It plays a critical role in intelligence-gathering and command and control functions. It was brought down on February 23rd. The estimated cost is around $350 million. ❌ SU-35S: The #Sukhoi SU-35S is an advanced version of the SU-27 aircraft. It is a super-maneuverable multirole fighter jet known for its speed and precision. One such aircraft was downed on February 17. The estimated cost is around $85 million. ❌ SU-35: This is a heavily upgraded derivative of the SU-27 series. It's a single-seat, twin-engined aircraft designed for air superiority and attack roles. The estimated cost is around $85 million. ❌ SU-34: The Sukhoi SU-34 is a russian twin-engine, twin-seat, all-weather #supersonic medium-range fighter-bomber/strike aircraft. It's designed for tactical deployment against ground and naval targets. A total of 10 SU-34s were downed between February 17-29. The estimated cost per unit is $36 million.
