The market for new hires hasn’t always been as reliable as we might have hoped for in the last few years, but just as turbulence eventually clears, so will this. At Artemis, our fees are lower than with other recruiters, which means that if you do want to look at what is out there, more of the budget will be spent on you and less on us. #aerospace #commodities #investment #defence #intelligence #recruitment #executivesearch #family #fullcycle #recruitmentservices #propersupport #onboarding #aerospacetalent #customerfirst #values #rnd #spaceindustsry #salutemyjob #spaceinfrastructure #satellite #satelliteimagery #satellitedata #aviatonwork

After 3 months training, I have become a certified operator for FORMOSAT-5 daily filming missions in TASA, Hsinchu. Every satellite mission is a long term project, from the mission design, build up satellite, ground antenna, launch preparation, and execute the mission in aerospace. It usually takes 5~7 years to complete this satellite mission cycle. As a daily operator, in my short training period, I focused on the most important part of filming mission. Like how to check the filming data, and do the processing to make a image for the customer. If the status of data seems wrong, I have to do the proper procedure to make the system restart. Be a freshman in aerospace industry, stay curious, stay humble to the daily operation mission. Keep learning the new and valuable knowledge, it would be very helpful to my career. #tasa #taiwan #space #agency #formosat5 #formosat8 #aerospace #industry

The Long March-3B rocket successfully launched from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center. It sent the 59th and 60th Beidou-3 satellites into orbit, which are to be located in medium Earth orbit and become backup for the global navigation system built by China. In addition, the devices will perform experimental functions and test some technologies for the next-generation Beidou-4 navigation system. It will become more accurate and powerful. At the moment, the system has 24 satellites in medium Earth orbit: eight in three planes, not counting the backup ones. In addition, three Beidou satellites operate in inclined geosynchronous orbits, and three more in geostationary orbits. With the latest launch, the system is considered complete, and further steps will be taken to modernize it and gradually update the satellites. https://lnkd.in/ewiVadkQ
