The vision and objectives of this initiative are truly impressive, considering the challenges women face in a male-dominated industry, gradually shifting towards inclusivity. 🔳 Global Employment Distribution in the Automotive Industry by Gender: 💡 Men: Approximately 70-80% 💡 Women: Approximately 20-30% 🔳 Poland: 💡 Men: Approximately 70-80% 💡 Women: Approximately 20-30% 🔳 Examples of Various Positions: 💡 Production and Assembly: Predominantly men, often over 80% of employees. 💡 R&D (Research and Development): Around 70-75% men. 💡 Administration and HR: Higher participation of women, up to 50-60%. 🔳 Committed to enhancing women's representation in the industry, I am actively engaged in the project group’s initiatives.
