Therapy mei bas baat hi toh krte hai, Kya hi theek kar denge wahan pe!! This is a common statement people say when it comes to taking therapy. So yes, therapy is talking—just with a professional who knows how to listen. It's not your friend saying, “Yaar, tumhara toh roj ka hai, dekh lo jo theek lage.” And it’s definitely not someone judging you with, “Oh God, how could you do/say that?!” We therapists listen to guide. But still you want to vent out to your friends, no harm. But if you need help to uncover patterns, understand your emotions, and work through your challenges without judgment. You need us... So, Are you in- Team A that thinks- therapy is just talking Or Team B that thinks- therapy isn’t just talking. It’s transformation.
