At a certain point developing self driving vehicles would be a lot easier and no more a barrier to entry It’s so muhc hard now to develop because you need to trace , analyze and predict all sorts of variables produced by humans driving around and other self driving vehicles if there’re any enough but down the road those variables will decline with autonomous driving adoption making new entries and systems need just to integrate with others and follow the pattern a standard or internal agreement between companies working on it would bring such step decades sooner!
