Whether Cillian Murphy, Ryan Gosling, Emma Stone, Da'Vine Joy Randolph, or Robert Downey Jnr gets your vote, they are all in the business of story telling. Many business leaders are also expert story tellers. Origin Stories told by the Founder are fascinating and help create a sense of being part of something that has a bigger purpose. Vision Stories told by the Exec Team help us to understand the road ahead and how our role is contributing to the success of the business. Values Stories are essential as they hone in on behaviours - the behaviours which demonstrate the stated values of the business and those which do not and the impact that has on others.
