This is a very short clip and so well put. “Dead people’s goals” as just one example (have to watch to get that). Although this clip was not about emotions at work I found it relevant. While we strive to “manage” emotions at work, especially when handling difficult conversations, it’s okay to give ourselves the grace to feel sad, angry, anxious and other so-called “bad” feelings. That difficult conversation can wait until after you’ve taken care of yourself.

One of the best parts about working in this Office is learning about the many ways we tangibly improve Connecticut kids’ financial wellbeing. Open to Connecticut residents in grades K-12. And every school with at least one student submittal is entered into a drawing for a technology grant. Get your kids in this!
