Despite initial resistance, authorities have allowed moving activities during the Games. However, concerns persist over potential traffic restrictions, a not-yet-functional permit system, and increased costs. The Préfecture de Police recommends Parisians avoid moving during the Olympics and opt for dates before July 24, between August 12-27, or after the Paralympics on September 8.
