Returns is one of the biggest challenges in ecommerce, especially in footwear, and all retailers are battling with how to optimise their processes. This approach from UNIFORM STANDARD (a business I love) is pretty unique and sure to divide opinion, but there's certainly logic to their positioning. No returns are really 'free'. Whether making customers 'arrange their own returns' actually stops the customer buying in the first place, tho, is hard to tell. #returns #ecommerce
