In our recent poll 80% of participants said their companies were doing nothing during Disability Pride Month or to recognize the Anniversary of the ADA. We are halfway through the month, there is still time to show your employees that disability inclusion is a priority. Is there a list of companies who do recognize & deserve support?

For all the Federal Grants given for the private sector . There should be ongoing grants to incentives hiring disabled people. They truly do make the world smile ❤️

In India companies are not preferred to appoint a disabled person even though he has full potential and skills. Very few organisations who support disabled persons by giving jobs or else only completing the formality to show the government.

It saddens me, why each year, the social media gets quiet about this topic. Only advertisement I see penetrating my bubble is the NGO's dealing with issues related to people with disabilities.

Having an invisible disability myself, and working toward a degree in business, I am disappointed to see such a percentage that is not supportive of those who are disabled. This is why I feel like someone like myself is good for this industry.
