During the masterclass, the discussants shared their feedback on the cities’ projects and pitching performances. In summary, here are 7 highlighted pieces of feedback for the cities to present a compelling pitch: (1) Craft a clear risk mitigation strategy, (2) Explore revenue diversification, (3) Provide detailed financial background, forecast, technical data, and quantified impact, (4) Engage partnerships with the stakeholders who already collected related data on your project to make it more centralize, (5) Develop further rationale or added value, (6) Know the audience to develop a more straightforward and compelling framing of issue, and (7) Collect pros and cons information on the solutions implemented in related sectors in other cities/locations. 🌍 A big thank you to all distinguished discussants for the constructive, detailed, and insightful feedback. Special thanks to Melissa for playing a significant role in developing the city pitch decks. It’s hard to believe that this session marks the end of our SGAC Masterclass Series Journey! Thank you to the SGAC cities for the continuous support. We hope that you gained valuable insights from these activities and we wish all the best with your smart green city projects! 🚀🗓️ #SmartGreenCities #SGACMasterclass #UrbanFinance #ASEAN #ProjectPitching #LocalGovernment
