Last week Heart Support Australia was invited by our partner Global Heart Hub to attend a meeting to contribute to a Heart Failure Hypertension Think Tank providing a patient input into clinical trials. Following from this our CEO was selected by Global Heart Hub to complete a Master Course at the prestigious SDA Bocconi School of Management in Healthcare Advocacy & Strategic Communications. The course led by EU and global experts Rosanna Tarricone, Giuditta Callea, Monica Otto and Luca Brusati took attendees through the important role patient organisations can play in HTA processes and strategic healthcare advocacy campaigns.
