The prediction of your customer database (and what is 100% predictable)💡 📰 Yesterday SEB's CEO Johan Torgeby was interviewed in an article in Svenska Dagbladet and said that customers right now are not taking loans, due to the stagnation of the housing market. He also stated that the bank needs to find new (younger) customers because many of their customers are older and that they are dying. ℹ️ This made me think of the fact that the customers dying is the ONLY prediction you can say with 100% certainty in your database, if you are working with the private customer sector. You can predict when, if you are building and using a prediction model. 🔎 You can gain a lot from creating prediction models of your database and use it for budgeting and change of tactics. A prediction of the customer life time value will tell you how many new customers you will need to find, to be able to keep and expand your business. Customers come and go, but all your private customers will die someday and you will need to find new customers to keep the database. 🔎 It is extremely important to know your customers, their characteristics and their behaviour, to be able to keep and develop your business. 💁♀️ My name is Pernilla Klein, I work as a Business Consultant at Qinshift/Avenga.
