TRUFFLE season is the best season, in my opinion this is the best way to preserve your truffles to extend the season 😸 How to make Truffle Butter at home. You can use my ratio and change the weights depending on how much butter you would like to end up with. The perfect ratio is 10% truffle to butter. WHAT YOU NEED: Salted Pepe Saya Cultured Butter (200gm wheel) @perigordtruffles Perigord fresh Truffles of Tasmania (20gm) HOW TO DO IT: Put your butter in a bowl and microplane your truffles over the butter. Carefully knead by hand as if you are kneading dough. Make a roll with the truffle butter and wrap it in cling wrap and then place it in an airtight container. Store it in the freezer and then cut off what you need. It will last around 3 months in the freezer. Served on a hot @crumpetsbymerna YUM! 🎥 by @foodwinedine #pepesaya #truffleseason #truffles #love #food #australia

GUMBO SAUCE ( FOOD IN WEST AFRICA ) Gumbo sauce, or simply "Gumbo," is a hearty, Creole-inspired stew that originated in the southern United States, particularly in Louisiana and the Gulf Coast region. The word "gumbo" comes from the West African word "gombo," which refers to a variety of okra that is commonly used in the dish. Gumbo is typically made with a variety of ingredients, including okra, sausage, chicken or seafood, and vegetables like celery, peppers, and onions. The important component of gumbo is the "holy trinity" of vegetables, which includes celery, bell peppers, and onions. These vegetables are typically sautéed in the roux before adding the stock, meat, and seafood.
