Hello GLS, I've been trying to contact your office for weeks now, phone, emails, everything but no reply. You have lost or stolen my parcel EK689141357GB at one of your depots. You states it's in the wrong depot but where? Which one? And why has it not been either returned or delivered. All details and addresses are correct with contact numbers. I urge you to sort this ASAP, thank you
Thank you, I'm still awaiting contact, reply and update, over 4 weeks for a parcel going within Ireland... I expect an update or return of parcel this week before having to seek legal action, unfortunately. I've used GLS alot and never had this bad a problem or lack of communication
