Ora Gold Limited (ASX:OAU) CEO Alex Passmore joins Proactive’s Tylah Tully to discuss assay results the company has received from a 7,500-metre, 66-hole reverse circulation (RC) infill drilling program at the #CrownPrinceProject, part of its Garden Gully tenure. This work aims to refine the mineralised lodes within the South Eastern Zone (SEZ), targeting a future open pit operation. The drilling has yielded high-grade intercepts, with notable results including 20 metres at 277 g/t #gold from 40 metres, including 4 metres at 1,368 g/t from 52 metres; 15 metres at 14.7 g/t from 152 metres; 9 metres at 21.44 g/t from 28 metres, including 2 metres at 77.8 g/t from 31 metres; and 7 metres at 11.74 g/t from 132 metres. The infill program has confirmed and improved mineralisation models and identified new high-grade zones in the SEZ footwall and hanging wall. via MiningNews.net Extensional drilling at Tennant Minerals emerging Bluebird discovery in the Northern Territory has again pushed out the known extent of the high-grade #copper-#gold zone. A western step-out hole intersected massive sulphides with a downhole intersection of 61.8m grading 2.8% copper equivalent from 149m, including 6.85m at 17.7% CuEq. Logging also returned gold grades up to 14.7 grams per tonne. The high-grade zone remains open at depth below 400m, and has been mapped for at least 800m of strike. Assays are pending for five holes testing for repeats along the 1.5km gravity-ironstone target zone. The New England Granite Prospect has been a priority early-stage exploration target since I commenced with Yandal Resources Ltd in 2023. This internal granitoid is covered by shallow cover with broadly spaced historic air-core and RAB drilling, defining a large-scale regolith gold anomaly residing over the eastern intrusive margin. The strike length of the anomalous intrusive margin is more than 3.5km in length, presenting a very broad exploration search space. We recently completed two EIS-co-sponsored diamond holes to obtain structural information concerning the intrusive margin and test below the regolith anomalism. The results were very encouraging and highlighted several different styles of mineralisation, all associated with larger-scale structures that can be extrapolated. We are currently testing the structures more broadly with RC drilling. See the announcement below for details. Maximus Resources Limited (ASX:MXR, OTC:MXRRF) managing director Tim Wither joins Proactive’s Tylah Tully to discuss the positive results from Phase 2 drilling at #WattleGoldDam, near Kambalda, Western Australia. The drilling confirmed elevated #gold, with samples showing up to 1-metre at 8.05 g/t of gold. The site is positioned along the Spargoville shear zone, where a potential structural offset of the high-grade Wattle Dam Gold Mine has been identified. The discovery of biotite-amphibole alterations within the rock indicates promising #goldprospectivity, as biotite has historically been a marker for high-grade mineralisation at Wattle Dam. Wither noted that the Phase 2 results build confidence in the geological model and enhance future exploration prospects.
