The installation of solar panels not only conserves natural resources and reduces carbon emissions but also mitigates geopolitical and economic risks linked to reliance on fossil fuels. Jakson Green and NTPC Limited officially broke ground on India's first dedicated green hydrogen fueling station for urban mobility in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Witnessed by distinguished guests like Shri Rajiv Gupta (CEO-NTPC REL); Shri Mohit Bhargava (ED-NTPC RE, CEO-NGEL); Shri Satish Upadhyay (ED-Biomass RE); Shri Shaswattam (ED-NETRA); Shri DMR Panda (GM, NTPC); Shri Soumya Kanti Chowdhuri (GM, NTPC RE) and senior officials from both companies, this ground-breaking ceremony signals Jakson Green's ambitious aim of paving the way for a cleaner future with green hydrogen. This state-of-the-art facility will be a pioneer in sustainable mobility. Utilizing a hybrid renewable energy plant and cutting-edge hydrogen purification technology, the station will: • Generate 260 kg of green hydrogen daily at 500 bar pressure. • Fuel up to five intercity FCEV buses, to ply to Indian Heritage station, Agra and Jaipur. This marque project represents a significant step towards India's clean energy goals and positions Jakson Green as a leader in the green hydrogen revolution.
