I had the opportunity to take the Plum Talent Assessment and my top three talents are: 1. Embracing Diversity 2. Innovation 3. Persuasion I was surprised to see some talents and the others were easy to spot however, after some reflection, I was able to recognize the talents in my interactions with colleagues, friends and family. I am happy that I completed this assessment as it will help me understand my talents better and how to use them strategically.
