🌟Mission Moment🌟 James has embarked on a journey of discovery and fulfillment at Goodwill, thanks to a referral from Michigan Rehabilitation Services. With a deep passion for tinkering with his four-wheeler, James's mission services counselor saw an opportunity for him to explore his skills in a new setting. Assigned to remove batteries from old toys as part of his trial work experience, James quickly found himself immersed in a world of nostalgia and fascination. His eyes gleamed with excitement as he encountered a myriad of items, some evoking memories from his past and others introducing him to entirely new contraptions. But it wasn't just the memories that captivated James; it was the opportunity to unravel the mysteries of these mechanical marvels. With each toy he disassembled, James gained a deeper understanding of how they operated, fueling his curiosity and passion for exploration. Outside of his work at Goodwill, James finds joy in life's simple pleasures. An avid hunter and outdoor enthusiast, he eagerly anticipates the warmer weather, eager to spend his days in nature and sprucing up his home's exterior. As the seasons change and the days grow longer, James looks forward to embracing new opportunities for growth and enjoyment. His journey at Goodwill serves as a reminder that passion knows no bounds and that every task, no matter how small, can be an opportunity for learning and fulfillment. With a spirit of enthusiasm and a heart full of gratitude, James embodies the essence of finding joy in the every day, proving that with determination and a positive outlook, anything is possible. It was an honor working with you, James! Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication! #goodwillmidmichigan #mission #missionmoment #powerofwork

Reflecting on this beautiful and challenging year, I'm grateful for the precious gift of life. Let's embrace amazing memories, goals, and knowledge to pass on. Constant influences include, environment/community, events shaping our world, the acquired knowledge shaping our awareness, results, be they accomplishments or failures, and the current economic landscape, the vision of the future, a powerful force that should guide us. Goals should serve as incentives for personal growth, patience, discipline, and the opportunities to help others. Remember, the true value lies not just in achieving the goal but in the person we become in the process. Wealth encompasses skills, personality, and the transformative journey. Applying this philosophy to projects brings joy and uniqueness. When I aimed to build a passive house, the real value was in the person I became and the network I developed. Selling the house wouldn't diminish its worth; I retained the person I became. Let's focus on the transformative journey, realizing that the person we become is the ultimate treasure. I help people-pleasers create a life they love without fear of judgement by building up self-confidence and taking back their power with my personalised 12 week ‘Design Your Destiny’ Program.
Within a few weeks of my relationship ending, my life changed forever. I felt lost. But, I did something brave. I left behind a 14-year career in the property industry and London to explore a new path. Within a few weeks, I took a one-way flight to discover a new way of living. ✈️ Here are 4 major lessons I've learned: 1. Trying new things helps you find your true path. 3. You can learn something from everyone you meet. 2. Having friends who believe in your dreams is critical. 4. Life is short, stop wasting it doing things you don't enjoy. The last 15 months have been an amazing transformation for me. I've learned a lot about myself and evolved as a human being. I've followed my heart and gone against the advice of those I love the most. And now, I'm happier than ever, helping busy professionals find their own way. Enabling them to do things they love with less stress and more focus. Are you ready to live your best life? Message me if you want to talk. P.S. What major lesson have you learned over the last 15 months? 🌟

Why Justin Welsh's one of the previous post makes sense? ↳ We all have big goals to achieve. ↳ And inorder to achieve those goals. ↳ We start working harder. And don't get me wrong here. I am in line with you, too. Reaching a certain point, and going beyond, isn't that what we all are working for? It is, right? Some dreams of achieving big things. And for some, those big things means nothing. ↳ But even if you have something, ↳ You didn't expect to have at all. ↳ And you're blessed to have it. BE GRATEFUL. But does it matter? Does it make you superior to others? NO. What truly matters are those little things. Things you often take for granted, like, → A time with family. → A walk in a park/road with your spouse. → A dinner at a restaurant. → A walk on a rainy day. Appreciate all the things in your life. → Be it big or small. → Expected or unexpected. Keep working hard for your dreams. But remember, to cherish each and every moment along the way. Don't build your castles around, some societal expectations. Where nothing else, but the big wins, And glamorous life matters only. ------------------- Like it? Follow for more → Urooj Fatima PS. Helping entrepreneurs & business owners go beyond their limitations. Business & life strategist & coach, 40 year successful entrepreneur, 8th degree black belt, teacher of the spiritual path, mentor and close confidant.
You Are So Proud Of Your High Standards. And so you should be. You demand so much from yourself. As well from others. Your high standards are an integral part and reason for all the success you’ve achieved. And yet, those same high standards are ruining your life. Especially your personal relationships. At work and at home. Have high standards. But realize that not everyone around you can live up to them. Do not judge them harshly. Have compassion for them. As well as for yourself. https://lnkd.in/dP4EqMka
Your High Standards Are Ruining Your Life.

Heaven Rewards Diligence The age-old adages "The early bird catches the worm," "The slow boat sets off first," "Diligence compensates for clumsiness," and "Excellence in work comes from diligence, but laziness leads to mediocrity" all underscore a profound truth: Heaven rewards diligence. Happiness eludes those who idly sit by. Many people have an unrealistic dream of effortless success, hoping that good fortune will simply fall into their laps. However, that's not how the world operates. Success favors those who roll up their sleeves and work hard. Every success story is constructed on a foundation of relentless effort and determination. Within the brief span of our lives, we are all allotted the same 24 hours each day. It is through diligence that we can truly make the most of our time, attaining various accomplishments and leading distinct lives within the same few decades, thereby leaving an indelible mark on the world. #DiligencePaysOff #HardWorkWins #SuccessRequiresEffort #GrindDaily #HugeDifference
