In his Relay AMA from ’20, GoSquared’s co-founder and CEO, James Gill, wrote thoughtfully about the three pivotal junctures that “if made differently would almost certainly mean the company wouldn’t exist today.” Today is a day as great as any to be revisiting those and other insightful notes from James — hiring senior people, being power users of their own product, shaping a profitable, long-run business, and more — as they mark 18 years (👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽) in business: https://lnkd.in/gbBFrFUv

This is a universal challenge that we, as HR consultants, see in every industry. So many employers spend time dealing with the impact of negative employees on their culture, so why not spell out expectations around attitude, language, and how we want our teams to show up intentionally in their job descriptions? When you are clear on your mission, vision and values, you can demonstrate what behaviors align with them and help employees know what success looks like AND hold them accountable for their behaviors. #cleariskind Love this clip Galen Emanuele

Since launching #TheBoyerGroup nearly four years ago, one of my biggest lessons learned was knowing where my expertise ends and someone else’s begins. I’ve discovered that partnering with experts in various specialties not only fills knowledge gaps, but also unlocks new opportunities to ensure our clients succeed. We are relentless in this pursuit! So, as I learned early, check your ego at the door, embrace partnerships and work 24/7 to build client #trust and drive #results. That’s the only way we know how to work. #noego #buildyourbrand #tellyourstory #partnershipsmatter #customerfocus #revenue Don Napoleon Amy Archambault Paul Snape Jamie Snape Barbara B. Lang

💹 𝙇𝙖𝙨𝙩 𝙏𝙝𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙙𝙖𝙮, I had the honor of leading a reflection meeting with the steering committee of SNAP international s.r.o.. This meeting was the consolidation of collective and personal reflections. ➡ Beforehand, during some weeks, each manager had passed the 𝐺𝑂𝐿𝐷𝐸𝑁 𝑡𝑒𝑠𝑡 and spent an hour and a half with me to do an individual debriefing. And this final meeting was the conclusion to highlight 𝒕𝙝𝒆 𝒔𝙩𝒓𝙚𝒏𝙜𝒕𝙝𝒔 𝒂𝙣𝒅 𝒂𝙧𝒆𝙖𝒔 𝒐𝙛 𝙥𝒓𝙤𝒈𝙧𝒆𝙨𝒔 of this committee. 🙏 It was a real pleasure for me to be involved on this process of step back. 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞, 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞, 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐎𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞: These keywords are the drivers of these managers to offer 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 and 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 to their employees and customers. ✅ The objective of this company is to be the leader in industry domain with 𝗦𝗔𝗣 𝗦/𝟰𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗔 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱.(𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗧𝗣)

The Footprints We Leave: Julia Swell's Reflection 🐺 There's a story that Julia Swell once shared, echoing a profound truth about life's journey. She said, 'The most important footprint I can leave is the way I made people feel along the way.' This sentiment beautifully captures the essence of impact and legacy. It's a reminder that our actions, our words, and how we connect with others, shape the paths we tread and the marks we leave behind. 🌱 Share with us 📢 : What footprint do you wish to leave? Let's turn these reflections into action. #TheWolfpack #LegacyOfKindness #ImpactfulJourney #TheWolfpackWay

Starbuck is now 3 for 3. I'm trying to imagine being a CEO, CHRO or a board telling stakeholders, particularly employees, that the platforms you embraced and valued for the last several years were this expendable. Hopefully by now you already have had internal conversations to test your resolve. If not, we'd like to help you ensure they happen. Restating your values could be as powerful a message as restating your earnings. Both raise questions of trust. https://lnkd.in/esxZZWNm

As Romp n' Roll approaches its 20th anniversary, I’ve been reflecting on our journey and how much having a clear purpose has shaped where we are today. When we first opened our doors, the goal was simple: to create a place where kids could play, learn, and socialize, while giving parents a supportive, welcoming community. That purpose has stayed front and center through all the milestones—whether we were expanding to new locations, fine-tuning our curriculum, or finding new ways to support our franchisees. What I’ve learned over the years is that when you have a clear purpose guiding your decisions, it becomes easier to make choices that align with your mission and values. It's helped us create a consistent experience for families and foster a culture that our team and franchisees can rally around. That alignment is key in building trust, loyalty, and lasting success. As we celebrate two decades of Romp n' Roll, I’m more convinced than ever that purpose is what drives long-term success. It’s what keeps us innovating, adapting, and finding new ways to serve our community. What role has purpose played in your business journey?
