My key takeaways include: 👉 Leaders are caught between increasing executive pressure and team expectations. 👉 Leadership now includes a broader set of responsibilities including providing emotional support. 👉 We need to safeguard the wellbeing of our leaders amidst these growing demands. It is a tricky landscape. BUT I believe there is so much untaped potential here.
